Is this SSpc158 Pilot credit available for international projects?

I have noticed that the calculator starts asking for the project location, but it only addresses US states (https://planting.itreetools.org/app/location/). Does anyone know if this credit is available for international projects?

This pilot credit has a prerequsite that shall use the most current version of the i-Tree Plating Calculator. At this time, the i-Tree Planting Calculator is only for users located within the United States. Therefore, this credit is supposed to be unavailable for international project.

We cannot find many of our landscape design trees in the i-Tree Planting Calculator. Can anyone help please?
