EBOM-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Provide USGBC access to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager account

Hello,

We're uploading all information to LEED Online for a LEED V4 O+M EB, and prerequisite Minimum Energy Performance requires "The project team has provided USGBC access to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager account.", however we're not sure how to provide USGBC access to the project's profile in Energy Star Portfolio Manager.

Do we need to invite USGBC in Portfolio Manager? What's the USGBC's official account in PM?
