My project has a balcony that projects away from the building, and does not provide a roof to an enclosed space for the building. How should the balcony be treated for this credit?

Should we include motorcycle parking spaces in our total parking count for the Parking Under Cover option?

Projects that provide covered parking are eligible for points under this credit, but what if a project provides no parking?

What if I need to have a material tested?

Dear all,

we are facing issues finding a laboratory with ISO/IEC 1702 accreditation to perform the indoor air quality tests.

Does someone know if some equivalences are accepted under LEED v4?

For example, in India, the NABL accreditation.

Hi Caroline, This question seems to be posted under an unrelated credit. You will have a better chance at getting a response if you copy/paste your inquiry under the NC-v4 section for the EQ Cr 4 Indoor Air Quality Assessment.
