NC-v4.1 WEc3:Optimize Process Water Use

Process water use - total building regulated water use definition

Hi!

It is unclear to me what does the total building regulated water use means in this case. Is this equal to the indoor water use (plumbing fixtures use) calculated in the prerequisite? Or regulated refers to the water used in the HVAC systems/circulation only?
