Pilot-Credits EQpc44:Ergonomics approach for computer users

Written Commitment from the Owner

Our project is registered under LEED v4 BD+C.

The 2nd requirement of this pilot credit reads: "Written commitment from the owner or owner's representative that the ergonomics strategy will be implemented". What kind of documents have been submitted to demonstrate this commitment? Will a letter on company letterhead suffice? How about simply a statement with a signature at the bottom of the Ergonomic Strategy indicating that the owner is committed to its implementation?

Thank you for any direction you can provide.

Hi Laura - A signed letter of commitment, preferably on company letterhead, is our typical strategy for documenting owner commitments. I'm still in the proces of submitting documentation for this specific credit so don't have formal feedback yet, but we use this strategy on the Building Metering prereqs (owner commitment to share data), ETS (smoking policy commitment) or any time we need to assure GBCI that the "thing" will be implemented and have not run into issues.
