We are getting HPDs that have been created by the manufacturer using "HPDC Online Builder / Health Product Declaration v2.2". Are these valid to be counted as an HPD in BPDO/Material Ingredients Option 1? They have the 1,000 ppm bulet checked off. Please advise.

Hello John, If the product has a published, complete Health Product Declaration with full disclosure of known hazards in compliance with the Health Product Declaration open Standard and demonstrate the chemical inventory of the product to at least 0.1% (1000 ppm), then these are valid to be counted as an HPD for MRc BPDO Material Ingredients Option 1.

Check them for the "third party verified?" checkbox, too, because verified HPDs are weighted more heavily (in the v4.1 version).
