You do not need to track or report FMR waste to earn this prerequisite. Waste generation and diversion is documented under MRp3 Waste Performance; however, FMR waste is explicitly excluded from MRp3. This means that there are no opportunities in v4.1 to document FMR waste performance (and no available LEED points).
