CS-v4 WEp2:Indoor water use reduction

Indoor water use reduction

For this credit to achieve 5 pts you must show 45% reduction. If you are at 44.95% would that be considered?

GBCI does not have a rule for roundinng up for this credit (or rounding down for the enhanced refrigerant credit) but my experience in this type of situation is that GBCI will not consider 44.95% to be equal to 45% and hence, not award (5) points.
