Hi,
I tried asking this earlier but don't see where it ever posted. I am inputting my model data into the MEPC. There is a virtual rate table on the Performance Outputs tab that shows a significant difference between the baseline and proposed virtual electric rates. The difference is engough that even though I show a 12.6% savings in energy use, the energy cost savings is -40.1%.
Any idea how this energy rate is calculated or what I may have done to cause such a difference?
