Pilot-Credits IPpc93:Prevention through Design

Prevention through Design - BOD e OPR

Hello,

We are trying to get credit on a project and would like to know if the items studied for credit need to be described in the OPR and BOD. And how does this information need to be in these documents?

Thank you, best regards.

Oi Adriana. Per the credit requirements: "Document how the reviews led to incorporating at least one protective measure for each system into design and building feature decisions in the project’s OPR and BOD...".  My understanding is that you need to document what is required by the owner on the OPR and how the design team incorporated that into design on the BOD. It might be written on a different section for the OPR and the BOD.

Should the team also document information that supports all the strategies that are being implemented? For example, drawings, submittals, etc?
