Design Submittal

We are finishing up the design submittal to submit for review, but I cannot find where the overall plans are supposed to be submitted?  Am I missing it somewhere or Is there not a place to submit the whole design package?

When you complete the Project Information form - the very first item in the list of Credits - there are requirements for uploading project information.
