NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Demand Controlled Ventilation for DOAS

We have a dedicated outdoor air system that serves a 4 story hotel. The outside air is delivered directly to the sapces via a diffuser. Would it be acceptable to use exeption b ( Multiple-zone systems without DOC of individual zones communicating with a central control panel.) to waive the DCV for meeting rooms ?

This exception would only apply if the system does not have a DDC control system. The example of this given in the User's Manual is systems with pneumatic zone thermostats.
