We are attempting certification for a self storage facility under the v4 Warehouses and have included an electric vehicle charging station for passenger vehicles in the site plan.  The credit for this rating system includes a requirement for fleet vehicles and yard tractors, neither of which is being used at this facility.  Does this project not qualify for this credit under this rating system despite having an EVCS for passenger vehicles?
