For this requirement: "Areas and systems that are not part of the tenant scope of work are exempt."


Just to confirm that my understanding is correct

In our case the Lighting system is already provided by the base building, and the tenant is not modifying anything with lighting system, so in such case we don't need to modify existing lighting to be compliant with ASHRAE 90.1 (daylight & occupancy sensors)... is my understanding correct?
