Hi Sareet,
You found a brand new Pilot Credit! It was just released last week on 4/9, according to its page, along with a few others by the looks of it.
I see its requirements listed with it; there's a chance the website was having a glitch when you were trying to access it previously. I see it listed under both CS and NC as well as CI; here's the CS link: https://www.usgbc.org/credits/WEpc153-v4.1?return=/credits/Core%20and%20...
You should be able to see what it describes as well as sign up for it, take the survey, etc. In case it matters, I am accessing it via Chrome.

The plumbing engineer that I'm working with is seeking example products to use to meet this pilot credit. Any recommendations?

Hello - I am also looking for an example of the way a project addressed this pilot credit - is this something anyone can help with?

There's not a whole lot of traffic for this Pilot credit, but you may want to try posting on the dedicated page for it: https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/forums?f%5B0%5D=im_field_credits%3A60...

Hi, I am also struggling to find a system or an example of how to meet these credit requirements. Does anyone have successfully met these credit requirements before? Any recommendation?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
