Hi all,
We are building a new student center on the campus of a private school. The school already has contracts with a couple organizations to use shared spaces, but in the other buildings/facilities on campus. There won't be any *new* shared spaces in the new building. The thread above suggested it was possible to count these existing spaces/existing arrangements toward the credit, but as that was a few versions of LEED ago I'm hoping to hear of more recent experiences with this question. We are not a campus project.
