The agenda for this call is to figure out what we want to work on next. Ideas from the most recent summit included:
- Equity audit of projects: standardized form or process across firms
- Making the pitch to leadership (the pitch deck for action)
- Updating/expanding the survey: what’s changed, what have we learned, what’s next?
- Scholarships/widening the pipeline: group think about what we’re doing individually, and what we can do collectively
