Can EVSE charger spaces have a limited time for charging?

I have a client who is considering their EVSE spaces to be signed as:

"Electric Vehicle Charging Station

1 Hour Max

Use between hours of XX and XX" (exact hours not yet determined)

If there are time limits and/or time ranges, will these spaces still comply?

I have seen signage that states "only park while charging" on a couple of my past LEED projects....not aware of any time limits/ranges enforced  by LEED. I think you'll be fine.
