Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

Our project doesn't have enough energy savings to earn the prerequisite. Can we get there by incorporating onsite renewables?

NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

IESNA Residential Lighting Requirements

Hello, 

Can anyone tell me what version of the IESNA Lighting Handbook we are required to follow for residential "dwelling units" lighting. The Multifamily Energy Model Simulation Guidelines refer to the Lighting Handbook, but not which version.  We are working on a v4 project and there is a 1995 verson, a 2017, and a 2020 of the handbook. Does anyone know this or can point me to where the USGBC specifically refers to which version?

I would default to the version of the Lighting Handbook in effect when the guidelines were written.
