Hi

I have a project where the tenant are responsible for the cleaning of every areas in the building, hence the property owner does not have any contracted cleaning for this specific building. What can we do about the prerequisite Green Cleaning Policy? The current tenant does not seem to be intersted in updating their cleaning policy.
