Previous versions of LEED stipulated the Material and Resource Credits only applied to Divisions 2-10 products. 

Under LEEDv4, do CSI Divisions 21 – Fire Suppression, 22 – Plumbing, 23 – Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, 25 Integrated Automation, 26 – Electrical, 27 – Communications, 28 – Electronic Safety and Security know require documentation for the Material and Resource credits including Building product disclosure and optimization credits MRc2, MRc3 and MRc4?

Aaron,  You will want to review the Material and Resoures Overview (specifically the "Qualfying Product and Exclusions", 3rd paragraph) @ page 469 in the v4 Reference Guide.  You may choose to include components from CSI Divisions previously excluded for their contributions to the Sourcing of Raw Materials Credit (for example recycled content in piping or ductwork), but please note that components must be "passive" as described in the Ref. Guide language.  With respect to EPD's and Material Ingredients, there isn't anything that prohibits these Divisions from contributiing as long as they are "permanently installed building products".
