Under Solid Waste Management Plan, add a new footnote after "Provide a solid waste management plan" that reads as: "In lieu of a consolidated solid waste management plan, cities and communities may provide individual plans, ordinances, regulations, or policies to demonstrate compliance with the prerequisite requirements."

In the third bullet under Solid Waste Management, delete last sentence beginning with " In addition, all the organic waste..."

After the "AND" replace "Divert a minimum of 35%...." with:

"Collect and report data for Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste from all infrastructure works (new, renovation, repair or demolition) undertaken by the local authority for one full calendar year (within the last five years). Include new construction, major renovation, repair or demolition works undertaken or contracted by the local authority. Infrastructure includes but is not limited to roads and highways, transits, water supply and wastewater treatment plants, public spaces and parks.
Report data for each of following:
• C&D waste generated through infrastructure projects (in metric tons per year)
• C&D waste diverted (percentage diverted)

Provide details on strategies adopted for C&D waste diversion."
