Hi. The waste subcontractor on my project has sent comingled waste to (3) different recycling facilities. Assume each facility does NOT have verified documentation of diversion rates or similar. Does this count as separate material streams? Technically they are going to different places, but to me it doesn't seem to meet the spirit of the credit. What are your thoughts?
