We are working on a project that provides condensing water for future installation of datacenter AC units for tenants. The condensing water for this future installation comes from different cooling towers than those providing condensing water for the chilled water plant.
To comply with credit requirements, is it possible to include in the Lease Agreement that, in case the tenant installs any AC unit that uses the condensing water, the tenant shall install a water flow meter? In addition to that, the base building is installing a water flow meter in the condensing water loop that goes to the tenants' floors.
