(1) In the "STEP 1" section of the SCHOOLS box within section 6. Calculations, add "e. Part-time students" to the list of occupants. (2) At the end of the paragraph immediately below that ("STEP 2") add, "Part-time students are calculated in the same manner as part-time staff."
