Under Further explanation, above the Project Type Variations section, add a Rating System Variations section that reads:

Multifamily
In multifamily residential projects, the entire area under the building management’s control must follow either Option 1 or Option 2. This includes at a minimum, the common areas of the building and the residential units during unit-turnover. Although not required, a best practice is to give residents educational materials about sustainable purchasing options and guidance in making personal purchasing decisions about cleaning products and equipment."

Under the Project Type Variations section, delete the multifamily section.
