Under the Project Type Variations section, modify the Multifamily Residential guidance to read:
"Multifamily
Projects may meet the requirements through one of the following:
- having community-level water meters
- using a meter on each building
- aggregating data from submeters for each unit and common spaces, provided all potable water uses are accounted for and included"
