Above the Campus Guidance section, add a Project Type Variations section that reads:
"Project Type Variations
Multifamily
It is recommended that semi-private spaces (such as community gardens, paving areas, plantings, outdoor tenant spaces maintained by the property manager, etc) meet the performance criteria and be included in the calculations."
