Above the International Tips section, add a Project Type Variations section that reads:
"Project Type Variations
Multifamily
Include semi-private spaces (such as community gardens, paving areas, plantings, outdoor tenant spaces maintained by the property manager, etc) in the calculations for both Option 1 and Option 2."
