Modify the first bullet point to read: "Owners, tenants, residents, property managers, site and grounds managers, and relevant vendors can all help identify goals and opportunities for improving site management."

Best Practices for Operational Elements, Table 1. Site management best practices
Add the following to the Snow and Ice Removal row: "Provide information to tenants on best practices for snow and ice removal in semi-private spaces (such as patios), and environmentally preferred deicers."
Add the following to the Building Exterior, Pavement, and Impervious Surface Cleaning row: "Provide information to tenants on environmentally-friendly cleaning products for use in semi-private outdoor spaces."
Add the following to the Invasive and Exotic Vegetation Species Management row: "Educate tenants about plant species that are considered invasive or exotic in the project’s region. Include vegetation located in semi-private spaces in the site management policy."
Change the Fertilizer and Herbicide Use operational element to be "Fertilizer use, herbicide use, and IPM" and add the following to that row: "Provide information to tenants on appropriate types and application of fertilizers and herbicides.
