Under Further Explanation, above the Project Type Variations section, add a Rating System Variations section that reads:
"Rating System Variations
Multifamily
For multifamily projects, include all product and material purchases under the control of property management. This includes at a minimum, all purchases for the cleaning of the common areas and for the residential units during unit-turnover.
While the use of green cleaning products and materials is also encouraged for residents, it is not required for this credit. As a best practice, consider sharing the green cleaning policy with the residents and providing green cleaning education materials."

In Project Type variations section, delete Multifamily Projects section.
