In Step 1. add the following third bullet:
• For multifamily projects, include any unit-turnover activities, such as painting and flooring updates. Items purchased by residents may be excluded. "
In Step 5. add the following at the end of the first paragraph:
"For multifamily projects, perform these activities during unit turnover."
