Under "Process for attempting credit substitutions:" replace item 4 with the following:
4. Complete the LEED v4.1 sample form for the credit. v4.1 sample forms can be found on the sidebar of the LEED Online homepage.
5. Select the form that is applicable to your project.
6. Before entering information, click “Switch to Save Mode” in order to save the form offline.
7. You will need to create a Form ID, which will be the name of the saved form in your LEED Online account (please note that forms are not linked to a Project ID). For this reason, you may want to use the Project ID and/or name, as well as the credit name (i.e. ProjectName1_LTcElectricVehicles).
a. The Form ID must be at least 10 characters in length and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and a special character.
8. Once it's in Save Mode, complete the form.
a. Please note that forms can be saved in your account as a draft by clicking the “save” button at the bottom of the form.
b. To navigate to all forms you’ve created, click on the “My Forms” button on the Sample Forms homepage, or the house icon at the top of an open form.
9. When you are ready to submit your form, click “Download” at the top of the form.
a. Once a form is downloaded, additional changes cannot be made to the offline form. In order to edit the form, you must make changes online and re-download.
10. Once downloaded, the v4.1 form and all supplemental documentation requested on the form can be uploaded to the special circumstances section of the LEED v4 credit in your project.
