Add the following language under the Required Documentation Table:

"Demonstrate achievement of various credits (as applicable) in Transportation and Land Use category for sample CCCs identified using following methodology:

On master plan show key zones or neighborhoods based on zip code, various land use types such as residential, commercial, institutional and others (as applicable) and sample CCCs with radius of ½ mile (800 meters) walking distance from a central point for each zone. Number of sample CCCs in each zone should be based on following table that specifies number of sample CCCs for various jurisdictional population range:

1. For population of more than 1 million, show 10 sample CCCs
2. For population of 750,000 to 1 million, show 9 sample CCCs
3. For population of 500,000-749,999, show 8 sample CCCs
4. For population of 250,000-499,999, show 6 sample CCCs
5. For population of 100,000-249,999, show 4 sample CCCs
6. For population of 30,000-99,999, show 2 sample CCCs
7. For population lesser than 30,000, show 1 sample CCC"

Add the following language under the Required Documentation Table:

"Demonstrate achievement of various credits (as applicable) in Transportation and Land Use category for samples CCCs identified using the methodology listed in the Further Explanation section of TR Credit: Compact, Mixed Use and Transit Oriented Development.”

WE credit: Stormwater Management:
Add the following language under the Required Documentation Table:

“Demonstrate achievement of various credits (as applicable) in Water Efficiency category for samples CCCs identified using the methodology listed in the Further Explanation section of TR Credit: Compact, Mixed Use and Transit Oriented Development.”
