"If you are not quite at the one year point but want to get a head start on Certification, we offer Precertification to all registered projects to help set you up for success."

Remove: "To pursue O+M precertification, contact us."

4. Get Started: add "All registered projects have the option to pursue Precertification. See the Timeline and Precert tabs in LEED Online for more information. " to the end of first paragraph.
