Revise the 2nd sentence under Option 2 to read:

"Provide parking capacity that is a 30% (1 point) or 60% (2 points) reduction below the base ratios recommended by the Parking Consultants Council, as shown in the Institute of Transportation Engineers’ Transportation Planning Handbook, 4th edition, Table 11-12."
