The area used in this calculation should include the entire site except undisturbed landscape softscapes. Pre-existing walkways, driveways, etc. should be included. Note that this credit refers to permanent erosion controls, not erosion controls during construction. "Disturbed lot area" is defined to mean areas where the surface earth has been moved, uncovered, or modified from its original condition.
