For part (e) - "use drip irrigation for at least 50% of landscape planting beds" - how should this credit be evaluated for projects where the planting beds make up only part of the total designed landscape areas, and the remainder of the site does not have irrigation?

In the case where irrigation is only installed for planting beds AND only drip irrigation is used, the following rules apply:1) if the planting beds make up 90%+ of the total designed landscape areas, 1.5 points should be awarded 2) if the planting beds make up 50-89% of the total designed landscape areas, 1 point should be awarded3) if the planting beds make up 25-49% of the total designed landscape areas, 1/2 point should be awarded4) if the planting beds make up
