The request would like clarification on whether CC&Rs can be exempted for existing residential properties for projects that are not 100% newly developed. For NPDc13: Local Food Production, projects should be allowed to exempt existing residential properties that are out of the developer\'s control from the CC&R requirements only. CC&Rs are binding legal agreements that would be nearly impossible to impose upon individual homeowners with existing homes that happen to be within the LEED-ND boundary. Applicable Internationally.
