Can the durability requirements in other local programs be used in lieu of plan ?
Every LEED for Homes project must have a durability plan, conduct a durability risk evaluation, and include all indoor moisture control measures in ID 2.1 part (c). The durability requirements for a local program may be used to create the durability plan, but a plan is still required and durability measures must be included in project documents (e.g. specs, scopes) and verified by the builder upon completion.
