Would like to confirm that the third-party flow testing may not be done by the HVAC installer or anyone from that company. Likewise, it cannot be completed by the builder or anyone from that company. So the flow testing may be performed by anyone not working within the builder or HVAC company, but it may be completed by the rater who is hired directly by the builder to do LEED for Homes testing and verification. If the above is confirmed, we would recommend spelling it out in the guidelines.
