LEED for Homes does not provide specific guidance on isolating the envelope leakage from inter-unit leakage, but it is possible and RESNET may have guidance. Multi-family projects are strongly encouraged to compartmentalize each unit, such that inter-unit leakage is minimized and does not adversely affect the blower door test result.
