Are credits available in SS 4 for projects that have no space for landscaping - e.g., buildings constructed to the edge of the lot line.
Ruling
Projects that have no space for landscaping (e.g. buildings constructed to the edge of the lot line) may not earn points in SS 4.1 or SS 4.2, but may earn points in SS 4.3 for satisfying the credit requirements.
