Project-specific ID Requests must be submitted, but there may as much as 1 point each for an automated energy management system and a user-friendly energy monitoring system. Detailed information about each system must be submitted using the form available on the Provider website. Also the homeowner must be trained on how to use the system and detailed information for operation and maintenance must be included in the O&M manual.
