What additional documentation or extra steps or alternative compliance documentation would be necessary to support this credit? We understand the future planned buildings cannot take credit for the 20% that this building is claiming.
Documentation and calculation would need to be provided per the credit requirements, which are based on Energy Cost. There are two methods available for calculating the percentage (including one using the CBECS data). A narrative describing the overall plan including the reasoning behind the assumption of 20% of the generated power being applied to the building would also need to be provided.
