It is unclear what the term \'roof membrane\' refers to in this CIR. A project can earn 1/2 point for reuse of the finished roofing material (exterior). If the existing roof membrane makes up the 90% or more of the finished roofing surface, then it will earn 1/2 point. Otherwise, no credit is granted.
