If a showerhead is designed to operate at multiple flow rates - for example, 1.5 and 2.5 - can these be averaged to satisfy the requirements in WE 3.1 or 3.2?
Ruling
No - if a showerhead has multiple flow rates, points may only be awarded if the highest flow rate meets the requirements of the credit.
