How should the buildable lot area be estimated when there is no clearly defined site boundary? For example, a home that is built on part of a college campus, assisted living campus, etc.?
Ruling
Generally, lots are defined by some deed, land restrictions or other clear designation. In these exceptional cases, the Provider and project team should work together to define the lot in a way that is fair and reasonable. Any determination of the lot line should be applied equally to ALL credits in the Rating System.
