Can this credit be satisfied, even if every framing member is not identified on the plans? For example, by including flags called out on plans that show how individual wall sections are to be built (e.g, around windows and doors; a typical wall section with floor, roof and ceilings called out)?
Generally, each individual framing member should be identified on the plans. This credit can be satisfied using "flags" with sample section details, elevation details, or illustrations, on three conditions: (1) any sections not called out with flags must meet the credit requirement explicitly; (2) the details must be shown, not just described; and (3) the Green Rater must agree that the approach meets the intent of the credit requirements. Applicable Internationally.
