The table in MR 2.2 gives credit for finger joint studs in exterior wall framing. Should interior wall and trim also get credit for being finger jointed?
Ruling
A project that uses finger joint studs in interior walls should be awarded 1/2 point in MR 2.2. No credit is granted to finger joint trim, although it is encouraged.
